 What Do You Get When You Cross A Techie With A Marketer?
After deciding to take a break from the corporate environment when the company I worked with was taken over by another one, I grasped the opportunity to examine my career.
I realised that the life I was living - the career I had trained for - was not really the stuff of my dreams.
Frankly, though I enjoy my affinity for technology, responding to server failures at 2 a.m. had long lost its romance.
Do you want to blaze your own trail? I did... I believed I had the gumption it would take to explore entrepreneurship.
So the studying started - I studied offline business principles - I took one of Jay Abraham's home study courses. I studied online marketing principles. I studied copywriting.
After sweat, blood, tears and personal re-invention things started to fall into place.
Now I enjoy combining my technology know-how with direct response principles. Primarily I help clients maximise technology, especially when it applies to automating and expanding their marketing.
