I finally sat down a little while ago to do some work and fired up Firefox - it was crawling.

Figured it could’ve been my connection so I restarted my modem and router.

No improvement. Then I remembered to check the downloads manager. If you hit Ctrl-J or go to Tools/Downloads you will see any downloads that you may have started and never completed.

Some may appear like they’re still downloading, other may say that they’re trying to start. Cancel as many as you need to to get your Firefox flying again.

It worked for me…

I’m re-listening to Brian Tracey’s audio book Eat That Frog - 21 Ways To Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done In Less Time.

Isn’t it time we all finally learned to lick that procrastination habit?

I like how he put the “secret” on track 3 (I think it was track 3) - the secret to being successful and feeling happy with your efforts. He says

1. Concentrate single-mindedly on your most important task
2. Do it well
3. Finish it completely

Now write that huge on a piece of paper and stick it on your door so you see it before you start to work every morning. That’s what I’m doing.
