The way you hear some people talk, the only way that anyone can make money on the internet is by using the method that they are teaching.

I am guilty of falling for this scheme when I first started looking around for a way to start developing an online income. But then I realised that I was running into a lot of marketers who were saying “That other guy’s system is a scam. My system is the only one you’ll ever need”.

Sigh.

Let me help you if you’re new to this, or if you’ve been around for a long time and still find yourself falling for the latest and greatest “Guaranteed System for A Successful Internet Business”.

The “Absolute Best System For A Successful Internet Business” is the one that works for you.

It’s time you look inside yourself and decide

• what your strengths are (leverage these)
• what your weaknesses are (outsource activities that need these or avoid them)
• what your available resources are (have a lot of time? then article writing will help in your marketing, have a fair amount of money to invest in your startup, then you can outsource a number of your less pleasurable activities.)

Then you need to find someone or somewhere where you can get a bird’s eye view of a lot of different business ideas, and talk with people who are involved with them. That way you will be able to get a feel for whether you would be comfortable or good at working that business model.

Once you make a shortlist, focus on one model alone for weeks or even months till you know for sure whether you like the model and want to continue in it.

If you realise it’s not for you, choose another business model from your shortlist and work on that one.

But please, do not hop from one to the other without giving each a fair chance. That is a surefire recipe for FAILURE!

I have personal experience with two places right now where you can get a good bird’s eye view of several internet business models. The participants are very detailed in giving help and the leaders provide real mentoring, technical issues included.

I’m not going to give you a detailed review because they both offer an unbelievable amount of practical information, assistance and tools. You need to visit their sites to compare them.

I’ll just give you a couple of quick thoughts about these coaching communities -

XtremeProfits has a big benefit in that web-hosting and e-commerce tools are included in its package if you don’t yet have any web hosting set up. (This may change soon based on a recent email from Matt. He’s thinking of extracting the ecommerce bundle to a higher price point because of its sheer value.)

Earn1KaDay doesn’t offer hosting currently but the camaraderie and helpfulness to shy, tentative newcomers may be a smidgen more comforting to you - you may find it easier to get involved there and break out of your shell. If you are feeling a bit scared, I’d probably recommend you start here.

Especially if you may want to find an internet business that doesn’t require you to run a website - I’m pretty sure the good folks here will be able to help you work out a business model that doesn’t require too much technical ability.

If you are more sure of yourself even if you haven’t got much experience at Internet Marketing, and you’re convinced you want to take this all the way, do a business plan and get some real knowledgeable folks to get you ramped up as fast as possible, try XtremeProfits.

A parting thought - you need to learn and study material in your field as much as you can - for that you have a myriad of choices.

When you want to actually pick up the tools of the trade and start digging in to get something accomplished, there’s nothing that can replace having fellow workers and mentors working side by side.

The tips, guidance and mentoring you get will push you ahead in a fraction of the time it takes if you try to go it on your own.

I’m learning the immense value myself after trying to go it on my own for too long. Don’t do that to yourself.

Now, I’ve been watching Willie from a distance for a long time and I didn’t think he would use a title like that loosely unless he’s got a serious plan laid out.

Plus, with some of the comments I saw about this, I figured it had something to do with writing and marketing reports and that it was a drop dead simple idea.

So I purchased.

The report is strong. I only have to copy a subset of his points (the methods I prefer) into a Word Doc to make into a procedure cheatsheet / checklist for myself and start on what is obviously a clear viable plan.

It’s probably as clear as it can be other than Willie sitting down and doing the work for you.

While I’m working on my Campaign Blasting for the next few days I won’t be able to give it my full attention, but you bet I’ll be using the steps in this report for several 5 Bucks projects over the next few months.

(I also have to build up some presence on the Warrior Forum - though Willie’s ebook doesn’t actually say it’s required and presents various other options.)

I used to have a voice recorder to make audio notes to myself. The problem was that it was often difficult to search through them to find something I needed.

Now I have come across a service that will take my brief audio notes via phone, transcribe my notes and email them to me.
