Ignore, Frustrate, Deny

It seems that where ever you turn there are those with the power to respond and make a difference who choose instead to ignore, frustrate and deny us.

Seth Godin asks the question (and I’m paraphrasing here), whether you are a “political party, relgious order, non-profit, for profit, teacher, school board, insurance company” or other, what is your respose to feedback?

Do you value it, determine a better course of action based on your analysis of it and then follow through with the appropriate changes? Do you Hear, Listen and then Act? Or Ignore, Frutrate and Deny?
