Make All Your Marketing Viral

With the cost of acquiring a customer typically so high for many businesses, what is the best way to keep filling your funnel with customers?

Viral marketing, word of mouth, referrals, buzz, evangelism - call it what you may, what you want is something so good about doing business with you that a current customer tells a non-customer and encourages them to become a new customer of yours.

Actually, strike the word customer. No matter what business we are in, according to Jay Abraham, what we want are clients. What’s the diff? A client is someone under our care, someone we protect, guard, nourish. Customer just connotes a transaction - we may never see that person again.

Make the experience in your business one where you create clients and where they feel the love. You’ll help them to enjoy the experience so much that they’ll tell everyone about you.

You’ll reap the benefits emotionally, physically (less stress) and financially.
